Does my item come with the box?
All normal sized bags come with branded dust bags, shopping bags, and receipts. However, not all items come with the branded box, such as large bags or large boots. Branded boxes are only available while supplies last, it is NOT guaranteed. For more information, please DM us on Instagram at @reel_velvet.

I can't find an item I'm interested in?
If you're looking for an item that is not listed on our site, please contact us on Instagram with a picture, serial number, or model number of the item. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to locate the item at our manufacturing site.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS, and shipping is free for those within the US and $10 for those outside of the US.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping due to the higher risk of items being held at customs.

How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped?
Within a few business days (approximately 5 days) after placing your order, we will send you a tracking code via the email you provided during checkout. You can then track your order every step of the way.

What should I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 2 weeks after your order has been processed, and we are proud of our fast and free shipping/delivery. On rare occasions, shipping may take a bit over 2 weeks. Once a tracking number has been sent to you, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier and updates on their website may take a while to reflect. If there is any issue with shipping and delivery, we will contact you, or you can reach out to us via Instagram.

My tracking number has not updated for a while now. Is this normal?
Yes, it is possible that your package can take over 3 weeks to arrive, and there may be a delay on the shipping carrier's website. This is a rare occurrence, and Reel Velvet is not responsible for any delayed shipping once the package has been shipped from our factory. As long as a tracking number has been sent, your package is on its way, and you can reach out to us if you have any concerns.
